This NIKKEI concept born at the heart of Wynwood, was a result of the chaos generated by the pandemic around the world.

The members of the BALAGAN SUSHI NIKKEI found the opportunity to carry out this project, with the aim of bringing to the city an innovative gastronomic concept, where the exquisite flavors of NIKKEI SUSHI cuisine are combined with a warm, modern and appropriate environment to the area where it is located.

From that starting point, the BALAGAN EXPERIENCE was born.

Henry Hané

Miami chef Henry Hané, was born in Lima, Peru and was brought up in a family where good food came first. He is the force behind B Bistro + Bakery in Brickell and Jattö in Wynwood, bringing his extensive experience from some of the world’s most decorated kitchens to display at BALAGAN in Wynwood.

Juan Manuel Alva

Executive Chef Juan Manuel Alva, the force behind some of Miami top sushi restaurants, have created culinary magic with an inventive menu and high-end bar program.
